Federal offender wanted on Canada-wide warrant

Ontario Provincial Police has issued a Canada-wide warrant for a federal offender they say has breached parole.
Luis Sampedro is currently serving a six-year and seven-month sentence for assault with intent to resist arrest, uttering threats to cause death and several firearms and drug-related offences.
Police say the 30-year-old is known to frequent the Toronto and Markham areas.
Sampedro is described as Latin-American, five-foot-eight, 150 lbs, with short black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his left arm of praying hands with the names “Martha and Nathaniel.” He also has “Nanny” on his right forearm.
