The charges against Fawad Nouri, 25, were laid after an armed robbery at a Tim Hortons on Upper James back in January 2009.
In November of that year, while being escorted to hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound, Nouri escaped with the help of two former cellmates.
All three were recaptured days later.
Nouri will be sentenced May 26th.
