Father on trial in son’s death

The trial for the man accused of second degree murder in the death of his six week old son began in Hamilton today.

Terry Legacy, 29, is also charged with aggravated assault in connection to injuries sustained by another young child he was taking care of. Melissa Raftis was in court and joins us with more details.
