Fatal Pelham crash

Three people were killed and five injured in a head on crash in Pelham.
Two vehicles collided head-on just after one o’clock this morning causing one of the vehicles to burst into flames.
The other vehicle landed in a ditch.
The collision happened on highway 20 between Victoria Avenue and Brady Street.
The bodies of the three victims are still in the burned vehicle.
One person managed to escape from the burning car.
That person and four injured from the other vehicle were taken to Welland County Hospital.
A man in his 60’s was transferred by air ambulance to hospital in Hamilton.
His condition is serious.
