Fatal crash closes RH parkway for most of day

Updated Two people were killed Tuesday morning in a collision involving a tractor trailer and a car.

The 10 am crash closed the southbound lanes of the Red Hill Valley Parkway from the Queen Elizabeth Way to Queenston Road until 4:15 pm. Melissa Raftis has been on the scene for most of the day and has this update:
