Fatal collision involving 3 snowmobiles in Norfolk County: OPP

A fatal crash occurred on a snowmobile trail outside of Courtland Saturday night.

Norfolk OPP says the incident killed a 44-year-old man from Port Dover and seriously injured another, requiring them to be airlifted to hospital.

A third snowmobiler was involved in the crash but was uninjured.

Investigators closed the trail near Bylerlay Side Road and 1st Concession Road STR until Sunday afternoon.

The investigation remains on going.
