Farkas says beating left him scared of cops

A St Catharines photographer who alleges he was badly beaten by a Niagara Regional Police officer is suing the force for
$750,000.

As Lauran Sabourin reports, 31-year old Michael Farkas says it was such a traumatic experience that now he’s afraid of the police.
