Loved ones mark two-year anniversary of Devan Selvey’s death

On this day two years ago, Hamiltonians and Canadians across the country were horrified to hear that a 14-year-old boy had been killed at school. Friends and family members of Devan Selvey gathered to remember the teen they say was literally bullied to death. Kelly Botelho reports.
