Hotel Congress is a film that was produced as part of the 1K Challenge, a movement where filmmakers are tasked with making a film with a $1000 budget. Directors Nadia Litz and Michel Kandinsky joined us in studio to tell us about the challenges of making a film on a shoestring budget.
