Emotional reunion for a Niagara man with the dogs he had to give up after losing his home

A touching story out of Niagara, where a man with four pets, found himself homeless and living in his vehicle earlier this month.

The man was forced to make a difficult decision and turn his animals into the humane society but what happened next will warm your heart.
