Elderly man arrested for sex assault

A 71 year old Niagara-on-the-Lake man is facing sexual assault charges in connection with three incidents that happened between 2011 and 2012.

Police allege he approached women in St. Catharines and Niagara Falls and offered them a ride in his van.

One woman was sexually assaulted.

Ernest Schultz has been charged with sexual assault, assault and criminal harassment.
