Canadians are allowed to use medical marijuana with a prescription, but recreational use is still illegal until the Federal government introduces new legislation next year. Lawmakers are turning to scientific studies to see how the drug effects people while driving. Nicole Martin went to the Center of Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto to take part in a simulation they’re using to see how cannabis impacts drivers.
