East Hamilton home invaded

One person was injured in a Hamilton home invasion that happened in the early morning hours of Sunday.

Police say three masked men entered a home on Cochrane Road, armed with a gun and a baseball bat. One of the residents was hit in the head after confronting the suspects; they were treated in hospital.

Hamilton Police are now investigating.
