E-Coli levels in Port Colborne found to be six times higher than what is considered safe

Children are playing in water loaded with E-Coli bacteria, at levels six times higher than is considered safe.

It’s happening in Port Colborne and as Kelly Botelho discovered those levels are consistently bad and yet there are no signs warning of the danger.
