Durham police investigate fire at police vehicle storage building

Durham police are investigating a fire that occurred at a police building in Clarington.
On Sunday, July 17 at around 6:07 p.m., officers arrived at 19 Courtice Court to find thick black smoke coming from the building.
The vehicle bay section of the building was fully engulfed by the fire. Numerous police vehicles were inside the bay at the time and have been completely destroyed by the fire.
Police say no one was injured in the blaze.
The Ontario Fire Marshall has been contacted and investigation is ongoing.
