Dundas’ ‘Dickens of a Christmas’ makes its annual return

The Dundas BIA brought back one of the community’s most beloved holiday events this weekend to help get everyone into the festive spirit.
The ‘Dickens of a Christmas’ event is set to run every weekend from now until Christmas, with special additions being made to each week up until Dec. 17.
Festivities are set from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.
Each weekend features free horse and carriage rides, visits with Santa Clause, free local cider and holiday photo opportunities.
Additionally, each weekend is booked with its own unique acts varying from live music, performances and appearances from some family-favourite characters.
Dundas municipal parking lots are set to offer free parking throughout the entire month of December.
Local businesses are also getting in on the fun, decking out shops with all the holiday decor to help encourage shoppers to buy local this year.
Full details on Dickens of a Christmas can be found on the Dundas BIA website.
