Dundas assault

Hamilton police are looking for a man after a Dundas homeowner was attacked with a weapon.

They say the attacker knocked on a door on Old Guelph Road asking for directions, before striking down the man who answered.

He’s been treated in hospital, but is going to be ok.

Police don’t think he was targeted.

The suspect is white, 5′ 10″, 150 pounds, with brown eyes, dark short hair, and facial stubble.

He was wearing dark clothing.
