Drunk times 2 in St Catharines

A man was arrested for drunk driving after an accident on January 2nd in Niagara-On-The-Lake.

After being released on a promise to appear, he called his friend for a ride home. When the friend arrived at the police station in St. Catharines, he was given an intoxilyzer test — which he failed — and garnered a three-day suspension.

Both men eventually did get a ride home from a sober driver.
