Drivers warned about Barton backlog

Construction on Barton Street begins on Monday.

Hamilton’s public works department will start a two year project from Centennial Parkway to Nash Road. The work will include installation of new a water main, curb and sidewalk reconstruction, and new traffic infrastructure.

The city says motorists can expect delays in that area. Work will wrap up for the year by the end of November.
