Driver who killed teen is now suing

Brandon Majewski was killed in 2012 as he cycled down a dark country road in Innisfil with 2 friends and was hit by an SUV.

His story made headlines around the world a year later when the driver of the SUV that hit him sued Brandon and his family for her emotional trauma.

The family says the lawsuit is salt in a festering wound and all they have left are the memories
