Overnight stabbing in Brantford

Brantford police are investigating after an overnight stabbing left a man in hospital with serious injuries.

Police say they were called to an address on Park Avenue at 3 a.m.

The victim was transported to Hamilton General Hospital with serious injuries.

The suspect fled before police arrived.
