Donation to the McNally Hospice

A young woman ran an event at the Royal Canadian Legion in Beamsville today in hopes of raising one thousand dollars for the McNally Hospice in Grimsby. The event included 25 vendors, many food trucks, face painting, raffles and draws. Organizer Sarah Davis says the final donation will be made to the hospice in the name of her boyfriend’s grandfather who passed away in February.

“The facilities are absolutely incredible the nurses couldn’t have been any better for the family and for him”, says organizer Sarah Davis, “they were absolutely fantastic so I just wanted to give something back to them the best I could and I figured what better than money.”

The event had a great turn out and Davis is happy to give back to an amazing facility.
