Doctors advise parents to pay attention to their children’s mental health during the pandemic

The chief of pediatrics at McMaster Children’s Hospital is advising parents to pay special attention to their kid’s behaviour as he says, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders among youth have skyrocketed during the pandemic. A Hamilton mother says this lockdown is taking a big toll on her kid’s mental health. Kelly Botelho reports.
