A provincial government website is being blamed for a possible case of identity theft.

A Niagara man is shocked and outraged, after finding out his drivers license had been stolen; his identity, compromised. Identity thieves were able to pull off the scam using the unstaffed “Service Ontario” website and kiosk address-change systems. And as Lauran Sabourin reports, critics charge it’s a huge opportunity for fraud and scam artists.
