Did he hear cab coming?

A cyclist wearing ear phones might not have heard traffic around him when he was struck by a taxi.

Paramedics say he was drifting in and out of consciousness and was bleeding from the head when he was taken to St Michael’s Hospital about two o’clock this morning.

The windshield on the taxi was shattered after hitting the cyclist on Toronto’s Peter Street near King. So far no charges have been laid.
