Details of toddler’s murder made public

The horrific details surrounding the murder of Fort Eerie toddler Marissa Whalen were made public Friday morning in Welland court.

Rainbow Hill has pled guilty to 2nd degree murder in the girl’s death. Her mother will go to trial later.
