Dental bus

A dental health bus is now making the rounds in Hamilton.

Public health rolled out the 2012 Winnebago on Monday.

It has two dental chairs along with x-ray equipment.

It will provide care to people who qualify, including children under 18 years of age.

The bus operates from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm.

If you want to pay a visit, you can find it at the following locations…

Monday-Pinky Lewis and the Beasley Rec Centre.
Tuesday- Dominic Agostino Riverdale Community Centre.
Wednesday – Neighbour to Neighbour.
Thursday – East Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club.
Friday – Hess Street School

The bus is staffed by both dentists and dental assistants, who can do exams, x-rays, extractions and fillings.
