Deadly crash on Highway 69

A deadly crash has closed a stretch of Highway 69 near Parry Sound Tuesday night.

Three people are dead and four others were injured and were taken to the West Parry Sound Health Centre.

The OPP says the three-vehicle crash happened just after two in the afternoon about five kilometres north of the intersection of Woods Road and Highway 69.

Tonight, police are encouraging drivers to avoid the area and use caution since side roads in the area are very slippery.
