Dangerous driving arrest
A Niagara man has been arrested after driving erratically on the QEW.
Police say 37-year old Antonio Moniz was travelling westbound, east of Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga, at speeds 60 kilometres per hour under the limit when an officer tried to stop him Wednesday morning. The officer says the driver then sped up and started driving 60 kilometres per hour over the limit. Moniz was later found in a Burlington parking lot and arrested. He faces multiple charges including impaired and dangerous driving.
