Dale King expected in court via Video Link today

The man accused of shooting Yosif Al Hasnawi in Hamilton last year is expected to be in court today via video link.

Dale King is facing a second degree murder charge in the death of the 19 year old. Al Hasnawi was trying to help an older man that was being accosted near the mosque he was attending in December. That is when he was shot.

An investigation into how paramedics handled the situation is still ongoing after it took more than half an hour to take the dying teen to hospital.
