Crash ties up QEW

A multi vehicle collision tied up the westbound QEW Thursday afternoon…

Two separate crashes can be blamed for this.

Three vehicles were involved at first; but then an OPP cruiser hit a van just behind the original accident.

The cruiser’s front end was damaged.

Two of the vehicles required towing from the scene.

The OPP officer wasn’t injured.
