Couple separated by the Canada-U.S. border closure shares their story

A couple in Niagara living only kilometres apart have been separated for almost five months now because of the pandemic.

It’s not because they’re sick, it’s because they live on opposite sides of the Canada-U.S. Border.

Now they are calling on the federal government to expand the travel exemption allowing immediate family to cross, so they can once again be together.
