Just two weeks ago, police announced that a family who worked at a Burlington convenience store in 2003 now stand accused of stealing a lottery ticket worth $12.5 million. Since then, police have received hundreds of calls from those who think they may be the ticket’s ‘rightful owner.’ But what if there was a way to avoid these types of fraud?
