Copps looking at comeback

Former Deputy Prime Minister Sheila Copps might run for President of the Liberal Party of Canada.

The Liberals will be looking for a new president at their convention next January.

Copps was the Liberal MP for Hamilton East for 20 years until she left politics in 2004.

She says she’s talking with Interim Liberal Leader Bob Rae and other officials to determine the needs and future of the party.
