Construction worker in hospital with ‘moderate injuries’ after incident at a Golf Links Road site

Hamilton EMS says a construction worker received non-life threatening injuries after being injured on a work site in the area of Golf Links Rd. and McNiven Rd.
Emergency services were called to 558 Golf Links Rd. at around 7:30 a.m. on April 27.
Hamilton EMS says the man is in his 30s and was taken to hospital with “moderate injuries.”
The Ministry if Labour has been contacted. More to come.
The incident comes a day after a 36-year-old man died after being struck by a forklift at Janco Steel Ltd. in Stoney Creek Tuesday morning.
Hamilton police is assisting the Ministry of Labour with its investigation into that death.
