Concerns VIA Rail cost cuts could cost security

The terrorist plot foiled by the RCMP this week has renewed concerns about rail safety in this country.

Last fall VIA Rail slashed services and manpower at its smaller stations in Ontario. Lauran Sabourin reports there’s a call to re-think that cost-cutting plan.
