Collision between vehicle and motorcycle sends two people to hospital

Two people on a motorcycle were taken to hospital with broken bones after a collision with a car on Saturday.

The collision in central Hamilton saw a motorcycle ending up on its side right at the intersection of Main and Wellington Street.

Police say the driver of the car did not sustain any major injuries.

While the two riders of the motorcycle were taken to hospital, officers said they are expected to recover.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
