Cold alert issued for parts of Ontario

Environment Canada issued a cold weather alert Sunday morning for parts of Ontario including the city of Toronto.

Arnold Ashton, a meteorologist from Environment Canada says, “We have probably through the end of March where we’re still going to be a fair bit below normal, not everyday. But I think overall it’s going to be on the chilly side before we actually break this pattern starting perhaps in early April.”
