Closing arguments in Malone Case

Closing arguments have begun in the case of a former Hell’s Angels’ gang member who was shot in the head on Kenilworth Avenue two years ago.

Brothers John and Mike Josipovic face first degree murder in the death of Lou Malone.

John Josipovic has admitted to killing Lou Malone, his lawyer said this was not murder though, it was self defense.

The Josipovics say they happened to encounter Lou Malone out walking his dogs.

Their lawyers say Mike Josipovic is an innocent victim, and his brother John was just protecting his family against Lou Malone.

The crown will wrap up its case and then the jury will get instructions from the Judge and start deliberating.
