Clocks move forward March 9 for Daylight Saving Time

Clocks are springing forward this weekend, as clocks will be pushed ahead an hour Sunday morning to adjust for Daylight Saving Time.
At 2 a.m. the clocks move forward to 3 a.m., and we all collectively lose an hour’s sleep.
Not every province or territory take part in Daylight Saving Time, as Yukon switched to “Yukon Time” back in 2020, and parts of Saskatchewan keep their clocks attuned to Central Standard Time all year.
Experts have suggested going to bed 15 to 20 minutes earlier than usual ahead of Sunday will help adjust with the time change.
Daylight Saving Time will end Nov. 2, when we get that hour back.
