The City of Hamilton is working overtime today to clean up downed trees and power lines, as well as salt roads to improve driving conditions. Hamilton Public Works says residents should only be cleaning up branches and fallen trees if there is no serious danger involved.

The city says it could take up to a week before everything is cleaned up, and at least one day before power is restored.

If you need to report any downed trees or power lines you contact Hamilton Public Works at 905-546-CITY.
