City of Thorold seeking new committee, board members

The City of Thorold is looking to recruit new members to its current Council term.

In a release Wednesday, the City says it is looking to add new members to various committees and boards.

Openings include roles on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory, Heritage Advisory and Tourism Advisory Committees among others.

Board openings at the Allanburg Community Centre and Darlene Ryan Port Robinson Community Centre Boards of Management are also available.

Applicants are required to be at least 18 years of age and be either a resident or business owner in the City.

Those interested can apply through the City’s website or by submitting a hardcopy application at City Hall by Sept. 27.
