City of Niagara Falls wants out of its garbage collection agreement

The city of Niagara Falls wants to get out of its garbage collection agreement with the Niagara region and it may use the courts to do so.

Today the mayor says the city has put in a request to break away from regional collection and take responsibility for its own service.

As Jason Gaidola reports the region says the move would cost neighbours.
