Tech experts dubbed 2018 as ‘the year of the scooter.’ More and more e-scooters are popping up everywhere except Canada.

Today, Hamilton City Hall approached the idea as researchers at the University of Waterloo work with a major e-scooter company to see if the trend could work here.
