Child Abuse Prevention Month

Children’s Aid Society’s across the province received more than 170,000 calls last year from people concerned about a child being abused.

October is ‘Child Abuse Prevention Month’ and a number of area schools held events to teach kids that it’s OK to talk to someone about abuse.
