It wasn’t ‘101 Dalmatians’, but the Oakville & Milton Humane Society was able to make a sizeable rescue on Friday.

31 Chihuahuas were removed from a home in Oakville. The society says the owner of the dogs had become overwhelmed with their care and surrendered them. The chihuahuas, which range in age from young to old, are currently being assessed by veterinarians for any health issues.

The society says they’re not ready for adoption just yet but check their website for updates.
