Chief Stacey LaForme steps down from position in Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation

Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation band members will have plenty of choice on the ballot when the community near Hagersville goes to the polls on Saturday to vote for a new chief and council.
There are three candidates in the running to succeed Chief Stacey LaForme, who is retiring after a 24-year career in politics, the last eight years as chief.
Adam Atkinson spoke with LaForme, asking him why he decided to give the position up and what he is most proud of from his time as chief.
