CHCH speaks with event organizer of Toronto ‘Elbows up, Canada!’ rally

CHCH News anchor Matt Ingram interviews the event organizer for “Elbow’s up, Canada!” rally Peter Wall, being held Saturday in Toronto.

Hundreds of people are expected to attend the event in downtown Toronto in the afternoon for a rally to celebrate Canadian unity in the face of Donald Trump’s tariffs.

The event will feature some prominent Canadians like singer-songwriter Jim Cuddy, business leader Arlene Dickinson, and comedian Shaun Majumder.

Wall speaks about his inspiration in organizing the rally, and the message he hopes will be well received by Canadian governments and the Trump administration in the U.S.

Ingram asks the event organizer his what attendees to the event can hope to expect, and if there is any chance for a similar rally to come to Hamilton.
