Charged debate over Caledonia hydro towers

The hydro towers with no lines near Caledonia were the focus of a fiery exchange at Queen’s Park Wednesday.

As CHCH News first reported Monday, questions are now being raised about why there are no transmission lines connected to the towers in the area near the disputed land in Caledonia.
The Progressive Conservatives say an Ontario government website shows the lines are necessary to deliver power from Big Becky when the Niagara tunnel is complete, so the party wants to know why there still aren’t any lines up.
However the Liberals said that’s not the case.
