The charge against one of the accused in the Daniel Baffoh murder case has been withdrawn.

Police confirmed Thursday that the human remains found last month at the Binbrook Conservation Area are those of the missing Hamilton man. 26-year old Daniel Baffoh was last seen by his family on January 31st. Police believe he was shot and killed in Hamilton and his body dumped in Binbrook.

40-year old Andrew Keith Gordon was originally charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder. He was accused of helping suspect Mark Langille escape, after he allegedly murdered Baffoh. The charge against Gordon has since been dropped, though police have not said why.
